Eneco's Mission
At EnEco, we believe everyone deserves to breathe clean air and live in a safe, sustainable environment.
Since 1991, we’ve worked to turn that belief into action through smart technology, strong partnerships, and real community impact.
Our systems have been trusted around the world, from the Canadian Armed Forces to the U.S. Navy, to environmental leaders across Asia. But the work we’re proudest of is happening right here in the Philippines.
For over 20 years, we’ve worked hand in hand with the DENR, DOST, and other national agencies to support the Clean Air Act, RA 9003, and other critical protections. We offer a safe, proven alternative to open burning and uncontrolled dumpsites, and a way to support existing landfills by reducing the waste that reaches them in the first place.
In 2010, we became the first thermal waste technology in the Philippines to receive Environmental Technology Verification. Since then, our projects have helped communities reduce waste, lower emissions, and improve local air quality… right where it matters most.
Our mission is simple:
To build a future where clean air is the norm, not the exception - and waste is no longer a threat, but part of the solution.
Jesus A. "Jay Jay" Jayme Jr.
Founder, EnEco WTE Pacific Inc.
In 1988, Jesus “Jay Jay” Jayme Jr. returned to the Philippines for the first time in over a decade-and was met with mountains of uncollected garbage during a major waste strike. It was a moment that stayed with him long after he flew back to Canada.
Soon after, Jay Jay was introduced to a prototype waste destruction technology in Washington state. It was called a thermal oxidizer, and it promised a clean, high-temperature solution for treating waste - especially the kind of wet, mixed garbage common in developing countries. Seeing its potential, he began promoting the system in the Philippines.
Over the decades that followed, he built relationships with regulators, earned approvals from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and helped amend the Philippine Clean Air Act to allow the use of modern thermal oxidation technology. With support from both the Canadian Embassy and Philippine agencies, he became the country’s go-to expert on responsible hazardous waste treatment in economic zones and hospitals.
In 2023, he introduced a fully approved, high-performance system for destroying waste locally and cleanly.
With new facilities operating and more on the way, Jay Jay’s story is one of persistence, partnership, and a commitment to solving one of the Philippines’ most urgent environmental challenges.

How We Do It
We bring the solution closer to the source, neutralizing waste where it’s created, using clean, self-contained technology that protects both people and the planet.
With EnEco’s On-Site Oxidizers, communities can:
- Cut down CO2 and costs by reducing long-distance waste transport
- Eliminate the health risks that come from storing untreated waste
- Improve local air quality with enclosed, emissions-controlled systems
- Lighten the load on landfills by reducing waste volume at the source
Sector-Specific Applications
EnEco’s Oxidizers are designed for key applications and provide clean, environmentally sound, reliable, plug & play answers to your waste disposal challenges.
